Scott Johnson | President | Scott started in 2013 playing for Last Night's Mistake, winning the D3 Championship. The following year they moved to D2 as HD Painting, winning the Division 2 title. After 2 seasons in D1 as the Mean Street Stingers, Scott helped start New Wave Homes. Over the last 3 seasons, New Wave has played in 5 straight D1 tournament finals. Scott's designed the last 2 versions of the League Website and the Schedule Booklet starting in 2016. He joined the Executive in 2017 as the Statistician, became VP in 2018, and President in 2020. Carrie Daugharty | Vice-President | Carrie started playing baseball when she 8 years old, and joined Coed a few years later while playing on the Timken diamonds. She played for Eazy Express before helping to start the Silver Springs Thumpers back in 2012. They are one of the oldest teams in our league. She also plays in the St. Thomas Ladies league during the week. Carrie joined the Executive in 2014 as the League's Secretary and remained in that position until 2016 when she moved up to the role of the Vice-President. She stayed on for the 2016 and 2017 seasons before taking a 2-year hiatus. Melanie Kennedy Power | Treasurer | On the field, Melanie has been apart of multiple teams. Most notably she was a member of Power-Up from 2012 to 2017. In their first season, Power-Up captured the 2012 Division 4 Championship. Their tournament win was even more impressive considering they entered the August Tournament weekend having finished 7th during the regular season. Melanie became the Treasurer of the League in 2013, stepping up to take the role following a complete overturn of the previous Executive team. 2020 will be Melanie's 8th season handling the League's finances, serving with three different presidents. Amanda Taylor | Secretary | Amanda started playing in 2014 as part of the Master Batters. She spent three years with the team, winning the 2014 Division 3 Championship. The following season Master Batters finished first in the standings, but fell just short of repeating in the Championship finals. In 2018, she moved on to play in Division 3 with CW Auto Spa. In 2015, Amanda joined the Executive committee as the league's secretary. Fred Sinclair | Community Liaison | Fred joined the league in 2013 as a member of the Jayhawks before moving to S.O.S. Eventually, he started his own club in 2017 competing under multiple variations of the Roadhouse Sinners name. 2019 marked the best year for Fred's club, finishing first in D4's East Division standings and 2nd overall of 12 clubs. The 2020 season will be Fred's first year on the Executive Committee winning the election for the League's newly minted position of Community Liaison.
